If Gallifrey is in a painting then why is the Doctor going to go look for it

Gallifrey is not in a painting after the events in "The Day of the Doctor". The whole planet is in stasis in a hidden pocket universe. The principle is similar to the way the Zygons were storing themselves inside paintings using stasis cubes, but not exactly the same.
