If you want to know how old he was when he regenerated into the Eighth Doctor: The novels tell us it was probably 1009, although he wasn't sure.[1] All we know from TV is that he was at least 956.[2]
If you want to know how old he was when he regenerated into the Ninth Doctor, we have no idea.
